CPF Investment Account and CPF OA Rate at 2.5%

Just For Thinking ....

It was only after 55,  I began to realise the goodness of CPF Investment Account for stock investing and trading, all dividends, initial capital and capital gains go back into CPF OA to compound at 2.5% rate at relative risk free environment. No headache or worry on re-investment of idle "cash" or rotting in the bank.

CPF OA is really a good parking station while waiting for the next opportunity at relatively good opportunity costs.

  1. Hmm so actually use it to invest is better than leaving it to compound @2.5%?

    1. Of course when one can confidently beat 2.5% CAGR over the next few decades. One should do it. LOL!
