ReplyDeleteIt's O. K. i believe everything has YING and Yang, or both sides of the coin. And there is a time to sow and a time to reap. Besides if Reit is so "lousy" or bad investment type it would not have survived until today.
And it's O. K. you have your bias; so others also have theirs. No one needs apology as long one stated up front one's bias. i think i am not wrong even "GOD" has HIS. Amen.

Altho' you are biased against Reits, I believe you do have Reits in your portfolio. Why?
