Thanks for sharing my sto...Hello Createwealth8888,<br /><br />Thanks for sharing my story in your post. <br /><br />With lots of humility and respect, I was smiling to myself when reading the Sunday times today. This "guru" was sharing his success - but his investing track record is only 1 to 2 years old.... Hmmm, I wonder if the properties were bought at 50% below their valuation... (I bet not!) <br /><br />And between the lines, at least he is upfront by saying his 2 most successful investment is the 2 companies he owns (Note the irony? That's why I listen to what others do, not what they say). And when is the 2nd company formed? <br /><br />I applaud your many posts to share with other fellow investors the dangers of "quick money" mindset. We don't become "investing winners" just by attending 1 or 2 seminars, or after reading 1 or 2 books.... <br /><br />But to be fair, we all have to earn a living. Nothing wrong in getting free publicity to promote his seminars.
