  2. I will include my residential property home as my net worth.

    It is true that leasehold property will depreciate overtime and end with no residential value. If this happen, my net worth is also affected accordingly.

    This residential home is classify under Fix Asset.

      Probably after high XX years, the market value of 99 leasehold is likely to be estimated in term of cumulative value of possible rental collections

  3. i agree because you can realised the value of this asset by downgrading to a smaller flat is one of the reasons.
