How is Life?

Some time when we ask somebody: "How is life?"
They may reply as one of the following:

1) I am struggling in my life
2) I am slogging in my life
3) I am wondering what to do with my life
4) I am enjoying my life.

Their life is somehow related to their money and time as shown below:
