As a player in the stock market, I always look back into what has happened in the past and then guess what may possibly happen in its near future as history may tend to repeat itself.
Here is STI's past big drops since 1990, you may see what you like to see. Everyone can look at the same information but can have different views. That is the reason why there is always buyer/buyers and seller/sellers for any completed stock transaction as they will have different view.
