I started serious Investing Journey in Jan 2000 to create wealth through long-term investing and short-term trading; but as from April 2013 my Journey in Investing has changed to create Retirement Income for Life till 85 years old in 2041 for two persons over market cycles of Bull and Bear.

Since 2017 after retiring from full-time job as employee; I am moving towards Investing Nirvana - Freehold Investment Income for Life investing strategy where 100% of investment income from portfolio investment is cashed out to support household expenses i.e. not a single cent of re-investing!

It is 57% (2017 to Aug 2022) to the Land of Investing Nirvana - Freehold Income for Life!

REITs - Revisting a collection of articles

Borrowing the idea from LP ** "BIAS" is a special feature in my blog where I get to say whatever I want with scant regards for your feelings. I'm not politically correct in this feature, so go ahead, judge me."

Advisory or Warning!!!

If you are a strong believer in REITs, stop reading now as it may raise your blood pressure in reading bullshits.

  1. Hi CW,
It's O. K. i believe everything has YING and Yang, or both sides of the coin. And there is a time to sow and a time to reap. Besides if Reit is so "lousy" or bad investment type it would not have survived until today.
And it's O. K. you have your bias; so others also have theirs. No one needs apology as long one stated up front one's bias. i think i am not wrong even "GOD" has HIS. Amen.
    Shalom.
