No panic selling from bad news from Keppel Cebu. A little puzzle why no black candle today despites already over-bought?
The Philippine Supreme Court has ordered Keppel Cebu Shipyard to pay 329.74 million pesos (S$9.8 million) to the insurer of a ferry that went up in flames at the yard nine years ago.
It also ordered Keppel Cebu to pay 6 per cent interest per annum from the time a request for arbitration was filed until the Supreme Court issued its decision, plus 12 per cent per annum from the date of that decision until full payment.
